Business Situation:

This was a requirement for helping out the numerous developers working with the healthcare software to become better productive. The productivity was down because of the unfamiliarity with cardiac terminologies and workflow for a cardiac analysis and reporting.

Further to this the numerous clients needed reports to be distributed across emails and faxes on a real-time basis when the report was generated by the cardiac analysis.

iLink Solution:

We developed a Toolkit for the developers which were to be installed as a part of the Visual Studio and would bring up custom forms pre-built. It had numerous user controls that could be embedded directly so as to provide the same look and feel of the others in their product line. These were interlinked with their legacy databases and legacy code and were doling out a state of art solution with the latest .Net technology. As part of the reporting software, the windows services were extensively used to provide communication support for the fax and emails, which would carry large embedded documents and images in an efficient data stream.
