This short article describes a case study in which IO Informatics' Sentient software has been applied to integrating and linking a customer's multiple data streams.
Since publication of the article Sentient has been successfully applied at the customer site to create dynamic, searchable profiles for researching and validating metabolic and genomic biomarkers. This is useful to understanding, detecting, reporting and predicting adverse toxicity events.
