For this demonstration TEMIS shows how Luxid® can help scientists and R&D teams increase productivity by improving access to business critical information.

Scientists typically encounter problems involving the analysis of huge amounts of documents. In this example we analyze a corpus of 22 thousand Medline abstracts about diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. In just a few minutes, we find out which genes could be considered as potential targets or biomarkers for the specific condition: atherosclerosis, based on the analysis of the available data.
